Privacy at Condiscere
Condiscere is designed to collect only the information a particular tool needs to work. Because the tools are separate services, their data practices can differ. Last updated September 20, 2026.

The main Condiscere website does not use advertising, analytics, tracking pixels, external fonts, or third-party marketing scripts. Hosting, security, and network providers may process ordinary connection information needed to deliver and protect the site.
Condiscere Video Quiz
Student activity
To join a live quiz, a student provides a display name and room code. Condiscere Video Quiz records the display name, join time, answers or unanswered questions, and calculated individual and class results for the session. A student account is not required.
Educator account and content
A signed-in educator uses a password-protected account. The service stores a salted password verifier rather than the password itself, along with server-side account sessions. It can also store uploaded quizzes and session reports containing student display names, responses, and results.
Browser storage
Some features store information locally in the browser. For example, a student may choose to remember a display name on that device. Clearing site data removes locally stored information.
Retention
Signed-in Condiscere Video Quiz session records and results may be retained for up to 180 days so educators can review and export them. Operational backups may follow a separate limited lifecycle. Educators can also remove saved quiz files from the app.
How information is used
Quiz information is used to run classroom sessions, show students their private individual results, and provide educators with class results and downloadable reports. Condiscere does not use this information for advertising and does not sell it.
